This role is at the centre of Airalo’s global operational scalability. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing a tax and regulatory compliance framework that keeps pace with our hypergrowth. As Head of Tax & Compliance, you will ensure that Airalo meets all direct and indirect tax obligations across 100+ jurisdictions while advising the business on tax-efficient structures and future-proofing our international operations for public market readiness.

You'll be a hands-on, enthusiastic, and practical International Tax and Transfer Pricing Lead, supporting the Tax team at Monzo. Leading the Tax Squad on all international expansions and owning all direct tax compliance and reporting in the EU and the US are key roles. The design and implementation of our Global Transfer Pricing Policy will also be under your domain.

To accompany a new and exciting chapter of transformation and growth, we are looking for a Director of Tax of the AVIV Group with the opportunity to build up the group tax function. The Director of Tax is responsible for direction and overseeing the AVIV global and in particular German tax compliance . The Director of Tax will directly report to the CFO.
